Intuitive Guide, Yoga Teacher, Energy and Sound Healer

Bre began her self-healing journey in 2019. She has always been a highly sensitive, intuitive, and loving person, but she wasn't aware of what it was. After several synchronistic opportunities and a lifetime of wonder, she began her professional path to becoming a healer herself. Her many certificates include Natural Medicine and Herbalism, YTT 200, Certified Angelic Healer, Tarot, Sound Therapist, and Reiki Master. As well as a Licensed Esthetician in California. But, it began in the jungle of Costa Rica where she lived for a month learning and growing with other yogis. She received her yoga teacher training certificate of 200 hours. She later had an opportunity to learn and grow with Sister Shanti, on the Caribbean coast and Sacred land of Costa Rica, it was there that she was truly awakened and began an even deeper dive into self-healing and knowing.

She always knew she was deeply connected to a higher power, but it wasn’t until she began to practice reiki that her gifts really began to awaken. Her energy healing techniques will help to plug you back into the universal life force energy that we so deeply need to connect to. To allow for ultimate healing of the mind, body, and soul.
